You will not be expected to be a mental health expert, counsellor or therapist, but you will be expected to be highly motivated and have an excellent work ethic.

You will exhibit basic pastoral and leadership skills, to show that you care, and to know when to call for support or refer to others with greater expertise and experience than your own.

You will be well trained and supported in your role, and realistically remunerated.

We are seeking capable and confident senior tertiary students (Undergraduate or Postgraduate) who relate well to others and preferably have had experience of living in a residential college.

This is a paid, part-time position, of 40 hours per fortnight.
